LiteByte
Chief Marketing Officer
Two years in, five locations, one very busy Discord — I lead the marketing story from positioning and campaigns to community-led growth.
I grow brands, build communities, and make things for the Minecraft scene.
Currently Chief Marketing Officer at LiteByte and a volunteer moderator at Minehut. I care about clear stories, healthy communities, and servers that run like lightning.

Minehut
I help keep one of Minecraft's biggest free server networks safe, fair, and welcoming — handling reports and appeals, keeping chats friendly, and being around for the community day to day.
Where most of the week actually goes.
Most of my week is conversations — reaching out to creators and communities, working out what actually fits, and figuring out the right way to collaborate.
From the first rough idea to the moment it goes live: planning, timing, messaging, and all the quiet bits nobody else sees.
Making sure what we say is clear and sounds like us, wherever someone happens to come across it.
Working with the people who are already here and giving them a reason to bring others along with them.
Being in the room when things happen — the run-up, the release, and the chaos in the hours straight after.
Paying attention to what people keep saying, then turning it into something the team can actually act on.
The short version: I spend most of my time talking to people — creators, players, partners — and making sure the brand shows up in a way that makes sense to them. Everything else is just the paperwork in between.
The parts of the operation that are fine to talk about out loud.
Joined the Minehut community. Like most people, I was just a player — spinning up throwaway servers, breaking things, and not really knowing what I was doing yet.
Got properly active. I started making servers for real — one after another, each a little more ambitious than the last. Some flopped quietly, some did alright, and every one of them taught me something about what makes people stay.
Went from making servers to running them. SoulzSteal, then SoulNetwork — building the plugins myself, running the Discords, and picking up the hosting side because nobody else was going to do it.
Started taking development beyond my own projects. I began doing commissioned development work for people across Minehut and other communities — building plugins, features, and systems to solve problems that people actually needed solved. It was the point where development stopped being something I did for my own servers and became a skill I could bring to other people's projects.
Came back to Minehut in a different capacity — this time as part of the community team. Going from being a player in the community to helping moderate it was a full-circle moment, and gave me a much broader understanding of large-scale communities and the people behind them.
Hosting eventually became the next step. I joined LiteByte and started working on the business side of hosting alongside the technical side — helping shape its direction, systems, partnerships, and the experience we give customers.
These days I'm Chief Marketing Officer at LiteByte and still a volunteer moderator at Minehut — the same community that got me into all of this in the first place. I'm still learning, still building, and still figuring out where this goes next.
